Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree.

• Polish (written and spoken) at least C1.

• Part-time internship up to 30 hours per week; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to the ServiceNow Team.
• Be the first point of contact for requestors and triage urgent requests.
• Collect, analyze, and present feedback to the KeyUser/PM/Management.
• Manage the order confirmation process and automate it where possible.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Specialists.
• Provide helpdesk support for internal customers.
