Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Proposal Writer in Kraków to lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses and coordinate with Sales, Client-Facing Teams, and SMEs. You will tailor content, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, client-ready submissions.

You will leverage a content library, provide content reviews, and continually improve materials while thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience writing technical or client-facing proposals.
• Knowledge of financial institutions and asset managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Native-level English proficiency with strong writing skills.
• Excellent proofreading and copy-editing abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming RFP, RFI, and DDQ requests to determine level of effort and requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end production of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate RFP/RFI kick-off calls between Sales/Client-Facing Teams and SMEs.
• Draft and populate responses using the content library; tailor language to client needs.
• Collaborate with product and SMEs to obtain reviews and content; incorporate client insights.
• Coordinate with Client-Facing Teams to align content with client requirements.
• Support internal review processes and obtain necessary approvals for deliverables.
• Ensure final deliverables are professional, polished, and client-ready.
• Contribute to maintenance and enhancement of the content library.
• Support ad hoc requests from colleagues.

Proposal Writer

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial reviews of incoming RFP, RFI, and DDQ requests to determine level of effort and identify any firm-specific requirements
• Coordinate the end-to-end production of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate RFP/RFI kick-off calls between Sales/Client-Facing Teams and Subject Matter Experts
• Draft and populate responses using the team's standard content library, tailoring language to meet client-specific requirements
• Liaise with product and functional SMEs to obtain reviews, clarifications, and additional content
• Partner with Client-Facing Teams to identify and incorporate client-specific insights
• Facilitate internal review processes and ensure all responses receive appropriate approvals
• Ensure final deliverables are professionally formatted, polished, and client-ready prior to submission
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the standard content library
• Support ad hoc requests from colleagues

Requirements:
