Job summary

Westwing Group AG in Robakowo, Poland, is seeking a Project & Process Improvement Specialist for a maternity cover of 18 months. The role focuses on leading cross‑functional warehouse projects to enhance efficiency, scalability and customer satisfaction across Europe.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of project management experience in logistics or e‑commerce, with strong knowledge of lean methods and ERP/WMS systems, and fluent Polish with strong English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, engineering, or business administration.
3+ years of project management experience in logistics, warehousing, or e‑commerce environments.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, lean methodologies, and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end warehouse projects including process improvements, system upgrades, layout changes, automation, and digital initiatives.
Plan and execute projects by defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Logistics, IT, HR, Finance) and external partners in an international environment.
Act as the key interface between Polish warehouse operations and German headquarters with clear communication and alignment.
Utilize data, reporting tools, and AI‑supported analyses to identify inefficiencies, assess risks, and drive improvements.
Support change management, workshops, and training to ensure sustainable implementation of new solutions.
