Job summary

Westwing Group AG in Robakowo, Poland, is seeking a Project & Process Improvement Specialist for a maternity cover of 18 months. The role focuses on leading cross‑functional warehouse projects to enhance efficiency, scalability and customer satisfaction across Europe.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of project management experience in logistics or e‑commerce, with strong knowledge of lean methods and ERP/WMS systems, and fluent Polish with strong English.

• 3+ years of project management experience in logistics, warehousing, or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, lean methodologies, and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse projects including process improvements, system upgrades, layout changes, automation, and digital initiatives.
• Plan and execute projects by defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Logistics, IT, HR, Finance) and external partners in an international environment.
• Act as the key interface between Polish warehouse operations and German headquarters with clear communication and alignment.
• Utilize data, reporting tools, and AI‑supported analyses to identify inefficiencies, assess risks, and drive improvements.
• Support change management, workshops, and training to ensure sustainable implementation of new solutions.

Lead strategic initiatives within our Polish e‑commerce warehouse to support the growth of a premium German furniture brand across Europe. Plan, execute, and optimize cross‑functional projects to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Logistics, IT, HR, Finance) and external partners in an international environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management within logistics, warehousing, or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, process optimisation, and lean methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools, ERP/WMS systems, and data‑driven or AI‑supported optimisation approaches.
• Fluent Polish and very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Proactive, structured, and results‑driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
