Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead to guide Agile squads in a hybrid model from Gdańsk. You will collaborate with engineers, Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, while refining delivery processes and team effectiveness.

You'll shape AI-enabled delivery, align with SAFe practices, and drive execution across multiple teams, vendors, and open banking projects while maintaining a strong focus on value, quality, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader in a tech-driven setting.
• Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of API-based architectures, cloud technologies, DevOps, and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and continuously improve Agile ways of working, ensuring effective Scrum and SAFe practices.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, PI Planning.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on agile principles, delivery flow, and value delivery.
• Foster a high-performing, self-organising culture with collaboration, accountability, transparency and psychological safety.
• Monitor team health, predictability, quality, engagement and delivery performance; drive improvements.

Project

The role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and AI enablement. You will work closely with engineering teams, Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives, while continuously improving delivery processes and team effectiveness.

The environment leverages Agile and SAFe practices and focuses on scaling delivery capabilities, optimizing execution, and driving innovation through AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities you'll have

Facilitate and continuously improve Agile ways of working, ensuring effective execution of Scrum and SAFe practices

Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and PI Planning

Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, continuous improvement, flow optimization, and value-driven delivery

Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, transparency, and psychological safety

Monitor and improve team health, predictability, quality, engagement, and delivery performance

Take ownership of strategic initiatives, epics, features, and cross-team deliveries throughout the entire delivery lifecycle

Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependency tracking, risk logs, and execution reporting

Proactively drive delivery execution by identifying blockers, coordinating issue resolution, managing risks, and ensuring timely decisions

Coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technology organizations

Ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, governance requirements, and funding expectations

Maintain clear visibility of delivery progress and drive actions required to achieve committed business outcomes

Identify and promote AI opportunities that improve productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and delivery speed

Collaborate with teams to define, prioritize, and implement AI and automation use cases

Promote an AI-first mindset across planning, backlog management, documentation, testing, reporting, stakeholder communication, and team collaboration

Encourage teams to challenge existing processes and explore innovative ways to accelerate value delivery through AI

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader within a technology-driven environment
• Strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Solid understanding of API-based architectures, cloud technologies, infrastructure concepts, DevOps, and modern software development practices
• Ability to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders without requiring hands-on technical expertise
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage complex initiatives and delivery dependencies
• Demonstrated interest in AI-driven ways of working and experience identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and productivity improvements
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments utilizing Scrum and SAFe methodologies

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, Open Banking, or Embedded Banking environments
• Understanding of Open Banking ecosystems, digital platforms, and financial technology solutions
