Job summary

PwC’s CEE Managed Services Transformation team seeks a Project Manager for Reporting and Business Performance. You will build the regional data foundation, create dashboards and forecasts, and enable leadership with timely information.

You will drive data governance, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and automate recurring reporting using advanced Excel and BI tools. You will work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with exposure to senior leadership across PwC Network, delivering impactful

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into meaningful management information across pipeline, analytics, FP&A or BI.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to connect data to business context.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards, forecasts and leadership reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI or data visualization tools.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and establish practical data governance.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging data constructively.
• Attention to detail, ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards, forecasts and leadership management information that enable timely decision-making.
• Improve visibility of Network demand and CEE delivery capacity across territories and teams.
• Define and maintain consistent data structures, reporting standards and governance routines.
• Analyse trends, gaps and opportunities and translate them into clear business recommendations.
• Partner with market, finance, delivery and leadership stakeholders to validate data and reporting needs.
• Automate recurring reporting activities and continuously improve data quality and usability.
• Prepare concise materials for senior leadership and strategic discussions.

Your future role:

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence or data visualisation tools,
• The ability to work with multiple data sources and establish practical data governance,
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging data constructively,
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and continuous improvement mindset,
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Fluent English.

Nice to have :

• Experience with CRM, pipeline or resource/capacity data,
• Power BI, data modelling or workflow automation skills,
• Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
