Job summary

PwC CEE Managed Services in Warsaw is seeking a data analytics professional to build and maintain the regional data foundation, create dashboards and forecasts, and enable senior leadership decisions. You will engage with market and finance stakeholders, automate reporting, and drive data governance in a fast-changing environment.

You will work with advanced Excel and BI tools, including Power BI, and you will bring strong analytical thinking and English fluency to collaborate with senior

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the regional data foundation for Managed Services pipeline, revenue, capacity and capabilities,
• Create dashboards, forecasts and leadership management information that enable timely decision-making,
• Improve visibility of Network demand and CEE delivery capacity across territories and teams,
• Define and maintain consistent data structures, reporting standards and governance routines,
• Analyse trends, gaps and opportunities and translate them into clear business recommendations,
• Partner with market, finance, delivery and leadership stakeholders to validate data and reporting needs,
• Automate recurring reporting activities and continuously improve data quality and usability,
• Prepare concise materials for senior leadership and strategic discussions.

Requirements

• Experience turning data into meaningful management information, alongside pipeline management, commercial analytics, FP&A, business intelligence or a related area,
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect data with business context,
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards, forecasts and leadership reporting,
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence or data visualisation tools,
• The ability to work with multiple data sources and establish practical data governance,
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging data constructively,
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and continuous improvement mindset,
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, pipeline or resource/capacity data, Power BI, data modelling or workflow automation skills,
• Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
