PwC in Warsaw is seeking a Business Analyst to support regional reporting, governance and transformation. You will maintain trackers, dashboards and action logs while coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders across territories and teams.

You will provide analytical and operational support for account and market activation initiatives, assist with delivery model transformation and location strategy, and prepare concise updates for leadership discussions. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, reporting, project coordination, commercial support, transformation or a related area
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, trackers and management information
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear and high-quality outputs
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, actions and deadlines
• A proactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to take ownership
• Comfort working in a changing, international and fast-paced environment
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation)
• Fluent English
