Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the CEE Managed Services Transformation. You will lead day-to-day coordination of a major transformation programme, align with regional teams, and manage milestones, risks and adoption activities across multiple territories.

You will collaborate with leaders across business, technology and operations, applying structured governance and AI-enabled delivery to drive tangible outcomes. This role offers hybrid work and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes or cross-functional strategic projects.
• Experience with project management tools, dashboards and AI-enabled project delivery.
• Advanced project and programme management skills including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management and adoption.
• Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and service teams.
• Ability to structure ambiguity and maintain momentum across workstreams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and executive reporting skills.
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of the CEE Managed Services transformation programme.
• Work with Line of Service teams to execute the regional location strategy.
• Coordinate programme workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions and adoption activities.
• Proactively gather status updates from workstream leads and maintain programme plans, trackers and progress reporting.
• Identify risks, issues and interdependencies and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for sponsors and senior leadership.
• Coordinate transformation of the delivery model with technology, location and service leads.
• Drive action tracking and follow-through across multiple teams and territories.

Your future role:

• Lead the day-to-day coordination of the CEE Managed Services transformation programme
• Work closely with Line of Service teams to execute the regional location strategy
• Coordinate programme workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions and adoption activities
• Proactively gather status updates from workstream leads and personally maintain programme plans, trackers, action logs and progress reporting against agreed outcomes
• Identify risks, issues and interdependencies and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for programme sponsors and senior leadership
• Coordinate transformation of the delivery model with technology, location and service leads
• Drive action tracking and follow-through across multiple teams and territories

• A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and strong ownership of outcomes
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation)
• Experience working in an international, matrixed organisation
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience in delivery model, location strategy or operating model transformation
• A recognised project or programme management certification
