Job summary

Задачи:

• Lead the day-to-day coordination of the CEE Managed Services transformation programme
• Work closely with Line of Service teams to execute the regional location strategy
• Coordinate programme workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions and adoption activities
• Proactively gather status updates from workstream leads and personally maintain programme plans, trackers, action logs and progress reporting against agreed outcomes
• Identify risks, issues and interdependencies and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for programme sponsors and senior leadership
• Coordinate transformation of the delivery model with technology, location and service leads
• Drive action tracking and follow-through across multiple teams and territories

Требования:

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes or cross-functional strategic projects
• Experience with project management tools, dashboards and AI-enabled project delivery
• Advanced project and programme management skills, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management and adoption
• Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and service teams
• The ability to structure ambiguity, establish delivery discipline and maintain momentum across workstreams
• Excellent analytical, communication and executive reporting skills
• A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and strong ownership of outcomes
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation).
• Experience working in an international, matrixed organisation Fluent English.

• A recognised project or programme management certification
