Job summary

Engenious is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HR project deliveries for an international client portfolio in Poland. You will collaborate with the Project Lead, HR, IT, and PMO to ensure plans are well defined, coordinated, and delivered on time.

The role emphasizes project delivery over HR operations, requiring strong planning, governance, and stakeholder management across multi-country teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in HR or related transformation environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk/issue management, dependencies, and change management.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies

• Drive project execution and monitor progress against objectives
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team and lead the delivery of HR projects in an international environment. This role is focused on project delivery rather than functional HR. You will work closely with the Project Lead, HR and business stakeholders, IT teams, Workstream Leads, and PMO to make sure projects are well planned, coordinated, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams
• Drive project execution and monitor progress against agreed objectives
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Track project status, forecasts, and delivery metrics
• Prepare project status reports and materials for governance meetings
• Support budget and resource planning and monitor potential constraints
• Coordinate collaboration between HR, business, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure project documentation and governance requirements are maintained
• Support decision-making, issue resolution, and escalations
• Work closely with the Project Lead and PMO throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in HR, HR transformation, business transformation, or a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk and issue management, dependencies, and change management
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Experience with project reporting and governance
• Good understanding of budget and resource management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with HR and IT teams is a strong advantage
• Ability to bring structure, transparency, and accountability to complex projects
• Experience working in an international environment
