Job summary

People More is seeking an IT Project Manager specializing in SAP HR (HCM) to drive HR IT initiatives from design to go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery for international projects.

The ideal candidate has PMO experience in HR IT, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication in English and Polish; German is a plus. Remote work is supported; Kraków office available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or PMO in HR IT projects.
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ability to coordinate activities across business and technical teams and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and escalation management skills.
• Independence and excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• German language skills would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Track outstanding topics, action items, and corrective measures.
• Prioritize activities and monitor timely completion.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate cooperation between HR leadership, IT, partners, and management.
• Oversee rollout of MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for IT Project Manager - SAP HR (HCM).

Your duties will include:

• Provide IT-side governance following the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live.
• Coordinate the hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Track outstanding topics, action items, follow-up tasks, and corrective measures.
• Prioritize activities and monitor their timely completion.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate cooperation between HR project leadership, IT teams, implementation partners, and senior management.
• Oversee the further rollout of MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud.

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience as a Project Manager or PMO in HR IT projects.

• Experience in hypercare and post-go-live system stabilization.
• Ability to coordinate activities across business teams, technical teams, and external implementation partners.

• Very good English and Polish
