Our Requirements

• Higher education – technical degree preferred (Automation and Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar)
• 2+ years of experience in independently managing projects related to new product implementation and/or change projects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent organizational skills
• Very good command of English (minimum B1); German language is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, build relationships, and motivate team members while ensuring task execution
• Problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement of own and team performance
• Goal-oriented approach
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Willingness to travel internationally
