Job summary

Desoutter Tools Poland seeks an experienced Project Manager to own customer solutions from quotation through successful delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and ensure high-quality documentation while coordinating suppliers and on-site reviews.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, ~2+ years in project management, and fluency in English and German; a driving licence and willingness to travel (including Germany) are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in project management or a technical/manufacturing environment (approx. 2+ years).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end from quotation and pre-calculation to final delivery and handover.
• Create and manage clear project plans, including milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, including sourcing and evaluating vendor offers.
• Review and confirm technical specifications after order intake and ensure alignment with agreed scope.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, proactively managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Ensure complete and high-quality project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in on-site visits for project reviews, technical clarifications, and commissioning.
