Job summary

Phoenix Contact Poland is seeking a Process Engineer to join R&D and production teams. You will participate in project teams from concept development to serial production launch, validate manufacturing concepts, and support industrialization.

The role requires a technical degree, practical experience in manufacturing processes, and strong English (B1). German is a plus. You will work across development, injection molding, and production to drive cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field (e.g. Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
• Professional experience as a Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Technologist, or Design Engineer
• Practical knowledge of at least one manufacturing technology, such as injection molding, stamping, or assembly processes
• Nice to have: experience with additional technologies (e.g. soldering, pad printing, welding)
• Ability to prepare production cost calculations and technical & quality specifications
• Experience in change and industrialization projects
• Very good command of English (minimum B1); German language is an advantage
• Goal-oriented approach
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
