Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical studies in civil engineering, design, architecture, MEP
• Analytical thinking, planning and organisational talent with strong communication
• Fluent English language proficiency for business contexts
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Oracle, Power BI
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Responsibilities

• Project management of national and international construction and real estate projects
• Collaboration in teams with Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Assistant; communicate with clients; create and update schedules and cost overviews
• Lead meetings with project stakeholders
• Contract and claim management in design and construction
• Coordinate general designer and contractor
• Regular reporting on project status, progress, time, costs, quality, risks and open points
• Support in all project phases of the THOST portfolio

• Collaboration in teams on complex large-scale projects with Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Assistance, as well as effective communication with clients during the project. Creating and updating schedules, cost overviews
• Leading meetings with project stakeholders
