Job summary

Hiberus Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead business and technology projects for our client, coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies and ensuring timely delivery.

You will define project scopes, estimates, schedules, and manage budgets while maintaining high-quality functional specifications and stakeholder communication across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in economics, management, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Manager experience.
• Experience delivering web, mobile, e-commerce, migration and technology projects.
• Experience leading project teams of several to a dozen or more members.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum; standard software development processes.
• Excellent command of English, including technical English.

• Coordinate activities related to preparation, negotiation and conclusion of project-related agreements.
• Processing personal data to the extent necessary for project delivery, in accordance with applicable laws and the Client procedures.

• Practical experience working with IT development teams.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ability to set clear objectives and present project concepts.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) and software development processes.
• Knowledge of tools: MS Project, Jira (FlexiProject or similar would be an advantage).
• Very good command of English, including technical English.
