As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead in driving large and complex renewable energy projects forward. Working closely with a dedicated and experienced team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities cover the full development cycle, from signing land agreements to preparing construction‑ready projects. You will collaborate with specialists across the organization in areas such as technology & engineering, legal affairs, wind analysis, and finance, ensuring a well‑rounded and effective project approach.
The role also includes engaging with local authorities and participating in public consultations with community residents. We are looking for someone with proven hands‑on experience in managing these types of stakeholder interactions, someone who values transparent dialogue and understands the importance of aligning projects with both regulatory requirements and local community needs.

This is a full‑time position based at our central office in Warsaw, just next to Hala Mirowska. We expect you to be able to work from the office. With good commuting options and a hybrid work environment, it is easy to balance work and private life.

We begin with a screening call where we review your experiences and expectations. This is followed by a first interview focusing on your career and a second interview where we get to know you in depth.
In the final interview, you will meet your future manager's manager for a final check. We will then contact your references for a review, and thereafter we will discuss an employment offer.
