Job summary

Everoze is expanding our presence in Poland and is looking for a Senior BESS & Renewable Energy Consultant. You will join a growing international team and help grow our Polish business.

You will advise clients on battery energy storage, hybrid renewables and flexibility projects across the full lifecycle, collaborating with colleagues across Europe.

Hybrid working in Poland; opportunity to shape a growing practice with autonomy and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, or equivalent (Master’s level).
• Demonstrated electrical engineering experience.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in consultancy.
• String knowledge of BESS projects and technical due diligence.
• Good understanding of the Polish renewable energy market, grid connection and permitting process.
• Strong network and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing projects and mentoring junior consultants.
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Technical Due Diligence: Assessment of BESS projects for acquisitions or financing.
• Project support: Advising project developers from design through commissioning.
• Site visits: Participation in testing, construction monitoring, quality control, and stakeholder interface.
• Business development: in BESS, hybrid and potentially other renewables sectors, to build client relationships, team and win work in Poland.
• Project management: Managing multiple projects with internal and external resources.

Everoze is expanding our presence in Poland. And is looking for a Senior BESS & Renewable Energy Consultant.

You will join a growing and dynamic international team across the UK, France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

This is a unique opportunity to help grow Everoze's Polish business at a pivotal moment in the energy transition. You will build our local presence, supported by an established team of ~90 consultants across Europe, including Polish-speaking colleagues.

• Salary: A competitive salary related to your experience, plus pension scheme, annual profit share.
• Location: Poland (hybrid working possible).
• We plan to establish a permanent office, with location influenced by where our senior hires are best placed to grow the team, with Warsaw as a preferred hub, though we remain open to other locations where the right candidate can thrive.
• Hours: Healthy level offlexible working arrangements. Full-time preferred; and will consider candidates who prefer part-time options.

Your role

You will play a key role in growing Everoze's presence in the Polish battery storage and energy flexibility market.

Alongside delivering consultancy work for our clients, you will help expand our network, win new business and strengthen our long-term presence in Poland.

You will advise clients on battery energy storage, hybrid renewable energy and flexibility projects across the full project lifecycle, working closely with colleagues across Europe and supporting projects in other markets where required.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Due Diligence: Assessment of BESS projects (technology, design, contracts, financial model, etc.) for acquisitions or financing – as a project director, project manager and in supporting roles.
• Project support: Advising project developers from design through commissioning.
• Site visits: Participation in testing, construction monitoring, quality control, and stakeholder interface.
• Business development: in BESS, hybrid and potentially other renewables sectors, to build client relationships, team and win work in Poland.
• Project management: Managing multiple projects with internal and external resources.

Requirements
