Job summary

Calan, a leading renewable energy developer and independent producer, invites applications for a Project Development Manager – Wind & PV to support a growing portfolio in Poland. The role focuses on coordinating wind and solar project development, from regulatory to permitting stages, in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Experience in the renewable energy industry – wind and solar sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of the Polish energy market and regulations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of wind and solar projects
• Participate in various stages of project development depending on seniority level
• Identify new market segments and potential partners for collaboration, including expanding the business network
• Prepare documentation required for environmental decisions, zoning approvals, and construction permits, coordinating with external consultants and technical teams.
• Work with public stakeholders, including local authorities and regulators

Currently looking to expand the team with a Project Development Manager – Wind & PV to support growing portfolio of renewable energy projects in Poland.
