Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service in Szczecin, Poland, is seeking a Project Manager to lead international wind projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate budgets, resources and stakeholders, ensuring profitability and compliance with HSEQ standards.

The role requires over 3 years of PM experience, wind industry knowledge, and work permit for Poland. Some travel is expected, and the position is based in our Szczecin office.

Qualifications

Role Overview:

The Project Manager leads projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and budget. They coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain client relationships while overseeing risk, quality, and performance. The PM motivates staff, monitors progress and ensures compliance with internal processes and external requirements. They facilitate communication, resolve issues, and provide strategic guidance. This role balances operational execution with leadership responsibilities, promoting project success through planning, organization, and effective stakeholder management. You will be employed on full-time basis in our Muehlhan Wind Service office in the Szczecin. Some travelling must be expected.

You must hold a valid work permit for Poland to apply for this job position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role covers a number of key areas, including but not limited to the following:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee team performance and task assignments.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local HSEQ legislation.
• Approve expenses, and project-related procurement.
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest process enhancements.
• Lead the HSE performance across assigned projects by promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements and applicable legislation, while driving continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
• Manage customer contracts and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled throughout project execution.
• Own project commercial performance, including profitability, forecasting and cost control.
• Identify, prepare and manage claims, variation orders and Extension of Time (EOT) opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout project execution
• Lead and support Site Managers throughout project execution.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• +3 years of experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling and budgeting
• Experience in the wind industry (must have)
• Knowledge of commercial project execution, contract management and HSEQ requirements.
• Experience of problem-solving, decision-making, and client-focused communication.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in ERP/project management software.
