Job summary

Verita HR is hiring a Project Manager for day-to-day onboarding support and operational coordination of the Group AI Platform. This hands-on role blends support operations, business analysis, and delivery coordination to guide onboarding, triage requests, and track issues to resolution.

The candidate will own the onboarding channel, manage migrations, capture requirements, and drive improvements with strong Jira/Confluence skills and agile know-how. Hybrid work in Cracow up to 6 days/month.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Jira, Confluence, Scrum, PRINCE2, AgilePM knowledge.
• Experience in project management methodologies and active problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Group AI Platform support channel, triaging user queries.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding and migration requests.
• Capture onboarding requirements including use cases and data needs.
• Log and track bugs across engineering and platform ops to closure.
• Track onboarding and support requests end-to-end with SLAs and ETAs.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and users.
• Maintain onboarding artefacts like FAQs, templates, dashboards.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Support user enablement through demos and how-to walkthroughs.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

We're hiring a Project Manager to provide day-to-day onboarding support and operational coordination for the Group AI Platform. This is a hands‑on, user‑facing role combining support operations, business analysis, and delivery coordination - acting as the control point for onboarding users and project issues, triaging requests, guiding teams through onboarding, and tracking issues to resolution.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the Group AI Platform Teams support channel, responding to and triaging user queries
• Act as primary point of contact for onboarding and migration requests
• Capture onboarding requirements: use cases, data needs, model type, environments, access and governance approvals
• Log, track, and chase bugs/issues across engineering and platform ops teams to closure
• Track onboarding and support requests end-to-end, including SLAs, blockers, and ETAs
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and users
• Maintain and improve onboarding artefacts such as FAQs, templates, playbooks and dashboards
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements
• Support user enablement through demos and how-to walkthroughs

• Recruitment process: 2 meetings with hiring managers, + phone screen with our recruiter
• Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow

Skills

• Background in the software/technology industry
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst delivering software products end-to-end, ideally in complex enterprise environments
• Strong support-operations mindset with ability to handle high-volume queries and ambiguity
• Solid business analysis and requirements-elicitation skills
• Experience owning requests from intake to closure, including RAID management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Practical Agile experience
• Strong JIRA and Confluence skills
• Experience defining and tracking operational KPIs and building stakeholder reporting

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Experience in regulated/governance-heavy environments
• Basic cloud/platform knowledge
• Workshop facilitation experience
