Infolet poszukuje doświadczonego IT Project Managera, który dołączy do zespołu technologicznego odpowiedzialnego za doskonalenie procesów kontroli zgodności i standardów technicznych.

Główne zadania obejmują planowanie i kierowanie projektami od definicji po zamknięcie, zarządzanie end-to-end wdrożeniami oraz współpracę z Delivery Managers i Product Owners w skalowaniu zmian na całej organizacji, w tym rollout do 1000+ zespołów.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to delivery and closure.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience working with software development and delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across regions and with globally distributed teams.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of how change drives benefits for customers and other stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Planować, mobilizować i prowadzić projekt od definicji po zamknięcie.
• Zarządzać end-to-end wdrożeniem i rolloutem udoskonaleń aplikacji.
• Równoważyć zakres, harmonogram, budżet, ryzyka i zasoby.
• Współpracować z Delivery Managers i Product Owners w zakresie portfolio zmian.
• Przekładać potrzeby klientów na wymagania projektowe.
• Współpracować z zespołami deweloperskimi nad planem dostaw.
• Zarządzać oczekiwaniami interesariuszy w regionach i z zespołami rozproszonymi.
• Wspierać rollout i adopcję nowej aplikacji w 1000+ zespołach.
• Monitorować postęp, identyfikować ryzyka i zależności.
• Zapewniać skuteczną komunikację na wszystkich etapach.
• Stosować odpowiednie metodyki i najlepsze praktyki PM.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a technology team responsible for improving the engineering experience around controls compliance and technology standards.

You will

• Plan, mobilise and direct the project from definition through to closure
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the application enhancement and rollout initiative
• Balance project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, outcomes and expected benefits
• Work closely with Delivery Managers and Product Owners to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio
• Collaborate with internal technology customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project requirements
• Work with development teams to establish a feasible delivery plan and coordinate implementation activities
• Manage stakeholder expectations across regions and maintain a clear global perspective
• Support the rollout and adoption of the new application across 1,000+ teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive appropriate actions
• Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies and best practices to deliver successful outcomes
