Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Senior AI Developer to join a prestigious team building AI solutions for a leading international bank. In this role, you will design and develop applications powered by Large Language Models while maintaining data products and curated datasets.

You'll be responsible for overseeing AI initiatives end-to-end and implementing AI quality frameworks. The position offers a hybrid work environment with 6 days per month expected from the Cracow office, and includes excellent benefits like private healthcare and a multisport card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI and data product initiatives end-to-end, from solution design through build, testing, release and post-launch support.
• Design, build and maintain data products and curated datasets that support AI, LLM and RAG use cases.
• Develop and support LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval mechanisms, grounding/citations and tool integrations.
• Create and maintain prompts, conversation flows, reusable templates, system instructions and structured outputs for testing.
• Define and execute AI quality and evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, safety, latency and cost.
• Implement data handling practices and governance controls to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines for AI-ready datasets.

Skills

Experience delivering AI and data products end-to-end in enterprise environments

Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript

Hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions

Prompt engineering and conversational AI design skills

Experience defining AI evaluation frameworks

Job description

What you will do:

• Design, build and maintain data products and curated datasets that support AI, LLM and RAG use cases
• Develop and support LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval mechanisms, grounding/citations and tool integrations
• Create and maintain prompts, conversation flows, reusable templates, system instructions and structured outputs, including prompt testing and version control
• Define and execute AI quality and evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, groundedness, safety, latency and cost, using automated testing and release controls
• Implement AI guardrails, secure data handling practices and governance controls to ensure compliance with security and risk requirements
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines, including data profiling, transformation, enrichment and validation for AI-ready datasets

Skills

• Experience delivering AI and data products end-to-end in enterprise environments, from requirements through deployment and support (2+ years)
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience working with APIs, JSON and integration patterns
• Hands‑on experience building LLM-based solutions, including RAG architectures, retrieval pipelines, grounding, citations and tool integrations
• Prompt engineering and conversational AI design skills, including structured outputs, prompt templates and testing/versioning
• Experience defining AI evaluation frameworks and quality metrics covering accuracy, groundedness, safety, latency and cost with a data‑driven approach
• Solid data engineering foundations
• Practical experience with cloud‑based AI and data platforms (e.g. Google Cloud or Azure)
