HRO Digital poszukuje doświadczonego IT Project Managera, który będzie wspierał globalną inicjatywę technologiczną, obejmującą rollout wewnętrznego rozwiązania do ponad 1000 zespołów. Rola łączy dostarczanie projektów, zarządzanie interesariuszami i transformację technologiczną, we współpracy z Product, Delivery i Engineering.

Główne obowiązki to zarządzanie projektem end-to-end, koordynacja z zespołami oraz wsparcie adoptowania rozwiązania w organizacji, z naciskiem na zgodność z szerszym

Qualifications

• 6 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
• Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i zarządzanie interesariuszami
• Silne zrozumienie Agile, zwłaszcza Scrum, oraz cyklu życia oprogramowania (SDLC)

Responsibilities

• Zarządzanie projektem end-to-end, od planowania po zamknięcie
• Zarządzanie zakresem, harmonogramem, ryzykami i zależnościami
• Koordynacja z Delivery Managers, Product Owners i zespołami deweloperskimi
• Wspieranie rolloutu i adopcji rozwiązania w 1000+ zespołach
• Zapewnienie zgodności z portfelem zmian technologicznych

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

About the role:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support a global technology initiative focused on enhancing and rolling out an internal solution across 1,000+ teams. The role combines project delivery, stakeholder management and technology transformation, with close collaboration across Product, Delivery and Engineering teams.

• Manage the project end-to-end, from planning and mobilisation through delivery and closure
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and expected outcomes
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners and development teams
• Engage with technology stakeholders across multiple regions
• Support the rollout and adoption of the solution across 1,000+ teams
• Ensure alignment with the wider technology change portfolio

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:

• Strong IT Project Management experience and knowledge of PM best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with business/technology transformation initiatives
• Ability to work effectively across regions in a global environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft tools

Nice to have:

• Rally
• Experience with software inventory
• Experience with software/agent rollout and adoption
• Familiarity with technology controls and governance
