Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive multi-million capital projects and lead cross-functional execution across global locations, including Poland, Czech Republic, and the USA (Chicago, Illinois).

The role requires 5+ years of project execution experience in industrial manufacturing, with a strong focus on scheduling, risk management, and executive-level communication. On-site Kraków, Poland presence with international exposure is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project execution experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience across Automotive and Building/Construction sectors.
• Hands-on in Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing developments.
• Strong scheduling, risk management, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication with senior leadership.
• High agility to manage multi-geography project scope.
• Full proficiency in English.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive multi-million capital projects and lead cross-functional execution across global locations, including Poland, Czech Republic, and the USA (Chicago, Illinois).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project execution, schedules, and delivery timelines across plant-based operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and bridge alignment across international teams.
• Oversee high-value special projects (€1M+) and executive-level capital projects (€7M+).
• Manage stakeholder communication across all levels of the organization up to VP and CEO level.
• Work dynamically within a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment to drive plant and product initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of Project Execution experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Industry Background: Proven exposure across multiple sectors (e.g., Automotive, Building/Construction).
• Capital Projects: Hands-on experience delivering Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing developments.
• Skill Set: Strong technical foundation with excellent scheduling, risk management, and organizational capabilities.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills with senior executive leadership.
• Adaptability: High agility to navigate complex, multi-geography project scope.
• Language: Full proficiency in English.
