Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing technical projects.
• Experience with multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Jira.
• 5+ years' experience in technical installation projects in the chemical industry.
• Experience with greenfield and revamp projects is an asset.
• Proven track record managing projects valued at ~€5M+.

Job description

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing technology projects in the Poznań region. The role includes ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with established quality standards, on time, and within the approved budget. The person in this position will collaborate with various teams - including engineers, designers, and operational managers - to achieve the defined business objectives.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Preparation, management, execution and delivery of exemplary investment (CAPEX) projects – safely, within the defined scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring the required quality standards.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or others.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical installation projects within the chemical industry.
• Experience in greenfield and revamping projects - a strong asset.
• Proven track record of managing projects with a value of around €5M or more.
• Very good knowledge of Polish regulations and the local contractor market.

• PMP or Prince2 certification will be an added advantage.
