Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Szczecin, Poland is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic projects across our network of inland silos and port facilities, from planning to on-site execution.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a technical mindset, and willingness to travel frequently. You will coordinate contractors, support procurement, and report to management, with base salary plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure environments.
• University degree.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Good technical understanding and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases from planning to on-site execution across silos and port facilities.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes, including RFQs and specs.
• Monitor progress, costs, and risks to ensure delivery.
• Conduct site visits to ports and silos in Szczecin/Gdańsk regions.
• Report status and communicate with operations and management.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects across our network of 4 inland silos and 3 port facilities, overseeing all phases from planning and budgeting to on-site execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes, including RFQs and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ports and silo locations, primarily in the Szczecin and Gdańsk regions, to oversee project execution.
• Report project status and communicate effectively with operational teams and management.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure environments.
• University degree.
