Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic projects across a network of silos and port facilities in Poland. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and on-site execution with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and the ability to travel. Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is expected, with MS Project as a plus. A university degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure environments.
• University degree.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Good technical understanding and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• MS Project is a plus.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement processes, including RFQs and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ports and silo locations, primarily in the Szczecin and Gdańsk regions, to oversee project execution.
• Report project status and communicate effectively with operational teams and management.
