Job summary

Flex is seeking a Project Engineer based in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, to coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion and collaborate with customers, production teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery. The role reports to Engineering Manager and involves technical supervision of production and software integration of ongoing projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical/Automation engineering, strong English, solid MS Office skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering required.
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or critical power systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from initiation through completion.
Collaborate closely with customers, production teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery.
Provide technical supervision of production and assembly for ongoing projects.
Coordinate final project acceptance with the client and ensure timely completion.
