Job summary

Flex is seeking a Project Engineer in Poland to oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with customers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SpinCo initiatives focused on AI data centers.

The role requires a technical Bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office, with AutoCAD Electrical and power systems experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with MS Office and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contacting the client to fulfill current orders.
• Preparing and overseeing the preparation of technical product documentation.
• Implementing new products in collaboration with the client.
• Technical supervision of production and assembly of ongoing projects.
• Coordinating the final project acceptance in the client's presence.
• Timely and effective completion of assigned projects and tasks.
• Collaborating with other functions on ongoing projects.
