Job summary

Flex is seeking a Project Engineer in Bielsko-Biała, Poland to coordinate and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with customers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The role involves contacting clients, preparing technical documentation, implementing new products, supervising production, coordinating final acceptance, and ensuring timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or critical power systems is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contacting the client to fulfill current orders
• Preparing and overseeing the preparation of technical product documentation
• Implementing new products in collaboration with the client
• Technical supervision of production and assembly of ongoing projects
• Coordinating the final project acceptance in the client’s presence
• Timely and effective completion of assigned projects and tasks
• Collaborating with other functions on ongoing projects
