Job summary

FlexLink, a Coesia company, is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer in Poznań, Poland to manage automation projects from programming to optimization. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, with robotics being a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and understand control systems.
• Fluent in Polish and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLC programming standards and best practices.
• Commission and optimize automated systems, including robot cells and conveyors.
• Mentor and support the development of junior engineers.
