Job summary

Flex intends to spin off its SpinCo segment and is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Bielsko‑Biała, Poland site. You will organize and supervise the production department focused on low voltage equipment, coordinate subcontractors, and drive cost-efficient, on-time production in a cross-functional setting.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, planning, logistics and maintenance teams, implementing Lean/Kaizen and cost-saving initiatives while developing a capable team through

Qualifications

• University degree in production/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production/operations management.
• Experience with subcontractors and technical coordination.
• Fluent in English and Polish for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the production department focused on low voltage equipment.
• Launch new production lines and implement ISO-aligned standards.
• Plan and deliver targets for quality, timeliness, and cost.
• Coordinate subcontractors for installation and integration of components.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, logistics and maintenance teams.
• Prepare status reports and drive corrective actions when delays occur.
• Build and develop the team through recruitment, training and evaluation.
• Perform cost analysis and manage budget data.
• Implement Lean, 5S and Kaizen initiatives to reduce costs.
• Represent the area in interactions with customers and partners.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams, we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our production department in Bielsko‑Biała, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize and supervise the work of production department focused on low voltage equipment.
• Participate in launching new production lines, implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO.
• Plan and deliver production targets in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost.
• Coordinate subcontractors’ work related to installation and integration of product components, including schedule planning andtechnical/organizationalarrangements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare status reports, react to delays, and initiate corrective actions.
• Build and develop the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation).
• Conduct cost analysis, prepare budget data, and supervise tools and equipment.
• Implement optimization initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and cost-saving projects.
• Represent the area in contacts with key customers and business partners.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• University degree (preferably technical or related to production management).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing production or operations.
• Experience working with subcontractors and contractors in technical and organizational scope.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish for effective communication in an international environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Practical knowledge of LeanManufacturing/ProcessOptimization.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Results-oriented, responsible, and independent.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
• Experience with datacenter infrastructure, modular electrical systems, or similar environments is an advantage.
