Job summary

Flex is seeking a Project Engineer in Bielsko-Biała, Poland to coordinate and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with customers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The role involves contacting clients, preparing technical documentation, implementing new products, supervising production, coordinating final acceptance, and ensuring timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or critical power systems is considered an advantage.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer role involves coordinating and overseeing engineering projects from initiation through completion, collaborating closely with customers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What a typical day looks like:

• Contacting the client to fulfill current orders
