Job summary

Flex is seeking a Project Engineer based in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, to coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion and collaborate with customers, production teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery. The role reports to Engineering Manager and involves technical supervision of production and software integration of ongoing projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical/Automation engineering, strong English, solid MS Office skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering required.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or critical power systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate closely with customers, production teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Provide technical supervision of production and assembly for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate final project acceptance with the client and ensure timely completion.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Engineer located in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer role involves coordinating and overseeing engineering projects from initiation through completion, collaborating closely with customers, production teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What a typical day looks like

• Contacting the client to fulfill current orders
• Preparing and overseeing the preparation of technical product documentation
• Implementing new products in collaboration with the client
• Technical supervision of production and assembly of ongoing projects
• Coordinating the final project acceptance in the client's presence
• Timely and effective completion of assigned projects and tasks
• Collaborating with other functions on ongoing projects

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effective across teams and with customers
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or critical power systems is considered an advantage
