To accelerate its expansion, the company has secured support from several international and local investment funds for its operations in Poland.

With ambitious plans for growth in the Polish market, focusing on photovoltaic (PV) and wind energy, as well as BESS, the company currently operates multiple PV farms, including some with long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with major multinational manufacturers.

The company has in Poland a pipeline of 50 PV and wind projects under development and is actively seeking potential acquisitions to further expedite its growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial plans align with business objectives and improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Polish GAAP and IFRS by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supervising audits.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational and strategic needs while managing financial risks.
• Secure funding for project development, including mezzanine financing, senior debt, and public support, while negotiating terms with financial institutions.
• Support cost management, M&A, and renewable energy growth initiatives through financial analysis, due diligence, and investment evaluation.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and regulators, ensuring transparency and strong financial governance.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA are highly valued.
• Experience in similar position.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations in renewable energy and accounting principles (IFRS and Polish GAAP), alongside proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Proven ability to work in teams effectively, manage cross-functional projects, and influence senior management decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English
