Calan is seeking an experienced Project Development Manager in Poland to drive development of wind, PV, and BESS projects. You will coordinate feasibility studies, permitting, land negotiations, and co-development activities, while engaging with landowners, public authorities, and grid operators across Poland.

The role offers strategic influence on the project portfolio and requires travel within Poland, with collaboration in an international team. Strong English language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy project development (wind, PV, BESS).
• Practical knowledge of feasibility studies, spatial planning, and administrative processes.
• Experience in land negotiations and lease agreement execution.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Poland.

Responsabilités

• Strategy and market analysis for Polish wind, PV, and BESS markets.
• Develop partnerships with wind, PV, and BESS project sources and public stakeholders.
• Coordinate analyses, feasibility studies, permitting, and land-related processes.
• Lead and support project co-development, budgeting, and portfolio development.
• Represent the company to landowners, communities, regulators, and grid operators.
