Job summary

Adecco in Warsaw is seeking a Program Analyst for Leadership Development. This role supports end-to-end execution of leadership initiatives, maintains program materials, and updates LMS content.

You will work closely with Program Managers and internal partners to improve measurement, reporting, and delivery of learning programs. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in L&D or related fields, hands-on LMS experience, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, or related function.
  • Hands-on experience administering learning programs within an LMS.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update program materials, formatting, and version control.
  • Assist with data collection, surveys, and basic data reports.
  • Coordinate internal faculty and external speakers and prep sessions.
  • Draft and distribute program communications to participants and stakeholders.
  • Support vendor management, invoicing, POs, and budget tracking.
  • Track project timelines, action items, and document LMS details.
  • Troubleshoot user access issues and support LMS administration.

Role overview:

Within Leadership Development, our team builds leadership capability across critical leader levels of the enterprise to foster a culture of continuous growth and performance.

The Program Analyst plays an important operational and enabling role within the Leadership Development team. Working in close partnership with Program Managers, this individual will support the end-to-end execution, administration, and continuous improvement of our leadership initiatives. The Program Analyst will be responsible for updating and maintaining program materials, providing information to be included in our Learning Management System (LMS), and supporting measurement and impact analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring learning professional to gain deep exposure to enterprise-wide leadership development in a global, matrixed organization.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), Human Resources, Talent Management, Project Coordination, or a related function.
  • Hands-on experience administering learning programs within a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom) and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Execution Excellence & Detail Orientation: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple logistical tasks simultaneously, maintain high accuracy, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Strength: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional, clear, and participant-friendly communications.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, specifically compiling and organizing survey results and program metrics in Excel (using basic formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
  • Collaboration & Customer Service Focus: A proactive, solution-oriented team player who brings a positive attitude and a strong customer-service mindset when supporting participants, faculty, and internal partners.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows.
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with project management or tracking tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Program Material Maintenance: Support Program Managers with minor updates, formatting, and version control of program materials, presentations, digital resources, and facilitator guides, ensuring strict alignment with Company’s leadership principles, policies, and branding guidelines.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Support the evaluation of program effectiveness by administering surveys, aggregating feedback, and compiling basic data reports. Assist Program Managers in preparing clean, visual data summaries and dashboards to highlight program outcomes and trends.
  • Faculty & Speaker Support: Assist in coordinating internal faculty and external speakers. Schedule prep sessions, distribute facilitator materials, and ensure speakers have the necessary logistical support for successful delivery.
  • Participant & Stakeholder Communications: Draft and distribute program communications when needed (invitations, pre-work, reminders, and post-program resources), and maintain participant distribution lists.
  • Vendor & Financial Administration: Support vendor management processes by processing invoices, tracking purchase orders, helping to onboard new vendors, and assisting with budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
  • Project Tracking: Maintain project documentation, track action items, and update program timelines to ensure all deliverables remain on schedule.
  • LMS & Platform Administration: Assist with details needed for administration of leadership programs within the Learning Management System (LMS), which may include creating course codes, managing and monitoring registrations, tracking completions, and troubleshooting user access issues.
