is seeking an experienced Learning & Development coordinator to support program delivery, evaluation, and materials management in a fast-paced, global environment. You will handle LMS administration, coordinate speakers, and prepare insightful reports and communications for stakeholders. The role requires 2–5 years in L&D or related fields, solid MS Office skills, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and supporting or administering learning programs.
• Strong MS Office knowledge with formulas, PivotTables, charts, and data reporting.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for participant and stakeholder communications.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with collaboration and customer-service in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Support Program Managers with updates, formatting, version control, and maintenance of presentations and related materials.
• Ensure learning materials align with leadership principles, policies, and branding.
• Assist program evaluation by surveys, feedback collection, and performance data.
• Prepare clear data summaries, dashboards, charts, and reports on program outcomes and insights.
• Coordinate internal faculty and external speakers, including scheduling and materials distribution.
• Support speakers with logistical and organizational requirements during delivery.
• Draft and distribute participant communications including invitations, pre-work, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain participant lists and program documentation.
• Assist vendor administration including invoice processing, PO tracking, onboarding, budget monitoring, and expense reconciliation.
• Maintain project docs, track actions, timelines, and monitor deliverables.
• Support LMS administration for leadership programs.
• Create and maintain course information, manage registrations, monitor completion, and resolve access issues.
