Job summary

MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o. in Tajęcina near Rzeszów invites applications for Technology Development Engineer (W/M).

You will participate in technology projects, help drive the MTU Production Technology Road Map, and contribute to cost-saving and quality improvement efforts. Travel between RZE and MUC is possible. We seek a Master of Science in engineering, proven project management experience, and knowledge of production processes.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education or MSc in engineering.
• Experience in industry (production, assembly) is preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes (machining, joining, coating) and/or assembly.
• Experience in aviation, automotive, or machine industries.
• Experience in project management and quality management methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process plans.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or German.
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing technology projects for MTU RZE and MTU MUC.
• Focus on technology development topics and update the TPO road map.
• Control budgets related to projects.
• Conduct tryouts and project supervision activities.
• Propose topics for MTU Production Technology Road Map and present proposals.
• Handle additional projects as needed and improve production line efficiency.
• Perform cross-industrial market analyses of new technologies.
• Present results in MTU meetings and coordinate with TXT/MUC.
• Analyze current processes and address improvements; act as focal point for new ideas.
