MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o in Tajęcina is seeking a CAD/CAM Development & Simulation Engineer to advance machine models and digital twins for virtual machining simulations.

The role spans production engineering, design support, and cross‑functional collaboration across MTU locations. The candidate should hold a Mechanical Engineering degree with strong NC programming (DIN 66025) and CAD/CAM expertise (NX‑CAM, Vericut).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of NC-programming (DIN 66025) and Siemens Sinumerik.
• In-depth CAD/CAM knowledge (APT, EXAPT, NX-CAM, Vericut).
• Experience in production processes and PLM (Teamcenter, MRL).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Willingness to train in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine models and digital twins for virtual collision simulation of machining processes.
• Model complete machining simulation models for MTU departments.
• Create tool assemblies for programming departments in Teamcenter MRL.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams and run project tasks.
• Collaborate with various teams and share methods and best practices.
• Report technically to MTU Munich, Germany.

Your responsibilities

• Development of machine models, digital twins for virtual collision simulation of machining processes (RunMyVirtualMachine, NX CSE, Vericut)
• Independent modeling of complete machining simulation models for different departments in MTU,
• Creating tool assemblies for programming departments in Teamcenter MRL
• Participation in interdisciplinary teams and execution of project tasks,
• Close cooperation with different teams and sharing of methods and best practices,
• Cooperation and regular technical reporting to MTU Munich, Germany.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of NC-programing (DIN 66025), advanced programming with Siemens Sinumerik
• In-depth CAD/CAM knowledge (APT, EXAPT, NX-CAM, Vericut)
• Experiences in production processes

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation,
• Openness to qualification training in Munich,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a virtual team,
