Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO seeks a skilled Support Engineer Professional to provide 3rd level technical support for production applications. You will document cases, assist with cloud infrastructure, and help test software products in a global environment.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers and R&D on new versions, and training market organizations and customers. English proficiency and IT/engineering background are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical education with higher level training in electrical engineering or IT.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of software for production processes and testing.
• Good English, spoken and written; ability to work internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level technical support for assigned applications.
• Document support cases for analytics and training.
• Support cloud infrastructure topics and testing of software products.
• Assist in deploying and configuring system architectures and validation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and R&D on new versions.
