You will run discovery with client sponsors and users, turn findings into hypotheses, and shape each next version. You’ll manage a complex backlog, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure promises are delivered in practice.

The role emphasizes product ownership over coordination, with a fast onboarding path and a focus on delivering tangible client value.

Qualifications

• Own and define the service from concept to v1 and beyond.
• Run discovery with sponsors, domain experts, and users.
• Turn insights into hypotheses, experiments and prioritized next steps.
• Maintain a backlog and drive delivery through kanban.
• Align sales promises with delivery and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the service North Star and success metrics.
• Lead discovery interviews and workflow research.
• Turn client signals into hypotheses and priorities for the next versions.
• Ensure hand-off between sales and delivery preserves promised outcomes.
