Job summary

Cencora, Poland, is seeking a Product Owner to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and to lead development teams to deliver valuable software with strong UX and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Product Manager, UX and stakeholders, manage scope to timescales and budget, and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and bugs. English fluency is expected, and experience with AI-assisted requirements is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience performing requirements analysis and writing specification documents to deliver customer outcomes.
Experience delivering products using agile development methodology techniques, working directly with developers/technical teams.
Data-driven focus and experience interpreting data and translating it into stories, using it to drive product strategy.
Deep understanding of product-specific market personas and their challenges.
Strong execution, analytical, data-driven, drive decisions, and create experiences that customers love.
Experience defining user journeys and stories and setting quality story standards.
Technical skills: Requirements analysis (SaaS & Managed Service), Agile SCRUM, JIRA, BDD with Gherkin, non-functional requirements, SDLC, UX and product design.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Less than 2 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, market research, project coordination, or a related field required.
Certification in product management, agile practices, or business analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product delivery with development and engineering to deliver high-quality products.
Identify problems encountered by the customer and drive cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Collaborate with Product Manager, UX, and stakeholders; manage scope to timescales and budget.
Represent users in all digital product decisions; collect and prioritize features and requirements.
Define user journeys and maintain backlog of User Stories and Bugs; balance business and technical debt.
Facilitate product demonstrations and feedback activities; organize sprint demos with stakeholders.
