Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Product Owner who defines and delivers digital products that meet customer needs and business goals.

You will work with Product Management, UX, engineering and stakeholders to translate user needs into clear requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog. You will lead cross-functional delivery, write testable user stories, manage features and bugs within a sprint, and ensure releases follow the roadmap and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience using AI tools, including Generative AI.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Data-driven approach to inform product strategy and prioritisation.
• Knowledge of SaaS & Managed Service Products; JIRA; BDD/Gherkin; UX processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product delivery to align with vision and roadmap.
• Identify customer problems and coordinate solutions that meet requirements.
• Refine priorities with Product Manager and UX teams.
• Collect and prioritise features and requirements across stakeholders.
• Define user journeys and translate needs into prioritised user stories.
• Maintain backlog of user stories and bugs for a sprint.
• Facilitate product demos and feedback activities to validate functionality.
• Ensure non-functional requirements are testable and aligned with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with development and regulatory guidelines.
• Apply Generative AI tools where appropriate.
