Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking a UX Designer to craft concepts, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for access management and dashboards. You will drive AI-assisted experiences, run user research, and create documentation to guide implementation.

You will collaborate with UI developers, validate with end users, and support adoption through change management in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a UX Designer covering both user experience design and user research activities.
• Experience conducting user interviews, workshops, validation sessions, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Practical experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes for digital products.
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications, workflows, and business dashboards.
• Ability to transform research findings into actionable requirements and design recommendations.
• Experience working closely with development teams and contributing to backlog definition and delivery activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA for backlog management and project collaboration.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop UX concepts, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for access requests, approvals, access reviews, identity management processes, and dashboards.
• AI-Driven Experience Design: Design AI-assisted approval and review experiences incorporating recommendations, insights, and risk indicators.
• Create role-based dashboards for end users, managers, access owners, administrators, and governance stakeholders.
• User Research: Conduct stakeholder interviews, end-user research sessions, and validation workshops to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• UX Documentation: Prepare user flows, wireframes, specifications, design standards, and UX guidelines to support implementation.
• Prototype Development: Collaborate with design teams to build, refine, and maintain interactive prototypes.
• Change Management Support: Work with change management teams to identify impacted user groups and support adoption initiatives.
• Design Validation: Review prototypes with end users, collect feedback, refine designs, and document improvements.
• Partner with UI developers to define implementation backlogs and support delivery planning.
• Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing activities to validate solutions and drive continuous user experience improvements.
