Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking a senior GenAI solutions architect to partner with enterprise customers in Poland, translating business challenges into scalable AI-enabled systems. You will design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications, leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and modern cloud platforms in regulated environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI models, RAG architectures, and a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes while ensuring security, compliance, and robust DevOps

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise-scale applications in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, RAG architectures, AI agents, and vector databases.

• Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, gather technical requirements, and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and process improvement.
• GenAI Solution Design & Delivery
  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale GenAI applications that address complex business needs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• LLM & RAG Implementation
  • Build and implement solutions utilizing Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, AI agents, and vector database technologies.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, and existing technology ecosystems to support end-to-end business processes.
• Technical Leadership
  • Lead implementation activities across complex projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of customer solutions.
• Product & Engineering Collaboration
  • Collaborate with product engineering and delivery teams to transform customer feedback and business requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Define scalable architectures and implementation approaches that balance technical requirements, operational needs, and business objectives.
• Leverage cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern infrastructure technologies to support reliable and maintainable AI deployments.
• Security & Compliance Assurance
  • Ensure deployed solutions meet security, compliance, governance, and operational standards, particularly within regulated enterprise environments.
• Business Value Realization
  • Monitor solution effectiveness and support customers in achieving measurable business outcomes through successful adoption of AI technologies.

Requirements

• Software Engineering & Consulting Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Proven experience implementing and deploying enterprise-scale applications, particularly within regulated and highly governed environments.
• GenAI & LLM Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, RAG architectures, AI agents, vector databases, and GenAI application development.
• Prompt Engineering
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques, AI model orchestration, and best practices for integrating generative AI into business solutions.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled solutions in production environments and driving adoption across enterprise organizations.
• Programming Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar programming languages used for enterprise application and AI solution development.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or comparable cloud ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern enterprise architecture principles.
• DevOps & Infrastructure
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and modern software delivery practices.
• Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Proven ability to lead implementations, influence stakeholders, align technical solutions with business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Customer-Facing Delivery Experience
  • Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers, facilitating technical discussions, gathering requirements, and translating business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
