Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to orchestrate end-to-end AI programs across international teams in Poland. You will govern MLOps, establish CI/CD for AI/GenAI workloads, drive production readiness, and optimize scalability and performance of AI platforms while ensuring governance and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Proven AI delivery experience across complex environments.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps and production AI requirements.
• Hands-on CI/CD, deployment pipelines and release management for AI/ML/genAI.
• Experience running production AI environments focusing on reliability and performance.
• Solid knowledge of AI governance frameworks and delivery standards.
• Experience coordinating international teams across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and business value.

Requirements

• AI Delivery Experience
  • Proven experience in AI delivery, AI program management, or enterprise AI transformation initiatives across complex environments.
• MLOps & LLMOps Expertise
  • Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, and the operational requirements of production AI environments.
• CI/CD & Release Management
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes, deployment pipelines, and release management for AI, ML, and GenAI solutions.
• Production Operations
  • Experience managing production AI environments with focus on reliability, scalability, performance, and operational stability.
• AI Governance
  • Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks, operational controls, and enterprise delivery standards.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Experience coordinating international teams across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, data, and business functions.
• Strong experience managing delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, release planning, and execution challenges.
• Experience transitioning AI solutions from proof-of-concept and pilot stages into production-ready services.
