Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced QA professional to develop and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework, validating complex data transformations and ensuring data integrity across JSON, CSV, and XML formats.

The role emphasizes data validation, regression testing, and CI/CD integration within an international firm environment. Strong SQL skills and Git proficiency are required, along with excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or test automation roles.
• Hands-on experience developing automated tests using Python and Robot Framework within complex testing environments.
• Strong SQL skills with experience performing data validation, reconciliation activities, data analysis, and quality verification tasks.
• Experience testing structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML across integration and transformation processes.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing methodologies, test design techniques, and automation framework development.
• Experience planning, executing, and maintaining functional, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Ability to investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate effectively with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and supporting continuous testing initiatives.
• Hands-on experience using Git and modern version control practices within software development environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills supporting collaboration across technical and business teams.

Requirements

• QA & Software Testing Experience
